Carmen leverages her branding, marketing and customer experience management background to help organisations attain and sustain competitive advantage and maximise business opportunities in the digital era. She has led the regional and functional teams of some of the most global luxury hospitality and real estate companies in the world including the Shangri-La Group, the InterContinental Hotels Group, the Accor Group and Ananda Development in Thailand to brand dominance and digital transformation. She is based in Hong Kong and has lived and worked in Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand as well as North America.

​Carmen believes the future of work requires everyone to be equipped with multidisciplinary skillsets and a growth mindset. She is certified as an Exponential Organisations Coach, a Hofstede Insights Inter-cultural Management Consultant, a Hofstede Insights Organisational Culture Consultant, a Matrix Management Consultant, and is well-versed with design thinking and agile methods. She holds an MBA from Western University Ivey School of Business and a Doctorate from the School of Hotel and Tourism Management of the HK Polytechnic University.
